Return policy

All products purchased from JIMU which qualify for a refund if you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the products within 10 days of delivered, have not been used and are in their original packaging.

Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, and the product(s) are unopened and still in their original packaging, you may return them to our warehouse within 10 days of delivered at your own cost for a full refund.

Exchange of product(s)

If your product(s) are damaged in transit and you wish to have it replaced or refunded we will arrange a courier to pick up the items. In the case where we are unable to send a replacement, we will refund your payment.
